Plant based version of chicken or tuna salad.
Ingredients:
16 oz of chickpea
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2-3 Tbl pickle relish
2/3 cup vegan mayo
pinch to tsp mustard
pinch of salt
pinch black pepper
Directions:
In a bowl smash chickpeas leaving some chunks. Mix in all the other ingredients.
