This makes a tasty side dish and is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms, cut in half
1/4 cup non-dairy butter.
Cook on the stove until tender. Stir in:
2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions: Cook for another 3-5 minutes and serve.
