This recipe is great for potato salad, as well as, with vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 date chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbl olive oil
Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth, Then add the rest of the ingredients except the oil. Add the oil last and stir well.
