Great for veggies
Ingredients:
2 c water
1/2 c cashew nuts
2 tbl. arrowroot powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
dash of garlic
2 Tbl Oil
1 Tbl soy sauce
Directions:
Whiz the above ingredients together in blender. Pour into saucepan and stir while cooking until thickened.
*For chicken style, use the above recipe omitting the salt and adding 1-2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
