We used this recipe at Hannah’s wedding and we all loved it.
Ingredients:
Wild blend Rice
Salt
Juice of orange and the zest to taste
Cranberries
Walnuts
Scallions
Directions: Cook as much wild rice as you want according to directions. I cook my rice in a rice cooker. While still warm add in the orange juice and zest to taste, dried cranberries and then let cook. Once cool add in chopped walnuts and scallions. It is all done to your taste so add as much or as little as you like.
