This dip was a hit at our last potluck and was brought by our new friend Sarah
Ingredients:
1 can of refried beans
Cashew Sour Cream
Salsa
Gardein Beefless Meat with 3 Tbl taco seasoning or you can do a layer of black beans
Guacomole
Shredded lettuce
Fresh tomatoes
Black olives
Cashew sour cream recipe:
1 cup soaked raw cashews (overnight is best)
1/4 cup + 2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water
Directions: Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if not smooth enough. This will last in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Serve with chips.
