Ingredients:
Tofu
Broccoli
Carrots
Brown Rice
Marinade:
1 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbl soy sauce
2 Tbl maple syrup
1/4 Tbl hot sauce
1 Tbl peanut butter
Directions: Cook the tofu without the sauce in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Then cook the rest of the way in a skillet with the marinade. Cook the veggies in the skillet also. Serve with brown rice.
