Great addition to any meal
Ingredients:
In a sauce pan combine
2 cups squash
1/2 nutritional yeast
1 Tbl miso paste
2 Tbl lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
2 Tbl cornstarch or tapioca starch
4-5 sliced green onions (or chives)
5-6 medium-large potatoes (2 to 2 1/2 pounds) sliced thin
Directions:
Place sliced potatoes into a casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients in the blender, cook on low until bubbly. Pour over the potatoes. Bake at 400 until potatoes are done. Approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
