1 oreo cookie crust
1 12.3 oz aseptic box of firm, organic silken tofu
1 12 oz pkg non-dairy chocolate chips
4 Tbl maple syrup
1 tsp orange extract to taste
Directions: Put the tofu, maple syrup and flavoring in a high speed blender. Put 1 pkg of chocolate chips into the microwave until melted. Pour into the blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into crust and chill.
