Great for a summer salad.
Ingredients:
1 15-oz can green beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz can yellow beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Drain and rinse all the beans and put in a bowl with the other vegetables. Mix the dressing in a jar and shake well. Pour over salad chill for 1 hr.
