A great little side dish.
Ingredients:
New Red potatoes
2-3 Tbl melted non dairy butter
2 Tbl nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp herbs of provence
Directions: In a small bowl mix the nutritional yeast, garlic and herbs. In a saucepan full of water cook the new potatoes for 20 minutes. Brush baking sheet with olive oil and put the cooked potatoes on the cookie sheet and smash down with a potato smasher. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with spice mix. Bake for 450 for 25 minutes.
