Great summer dish on a hot day or night.
1 block of tempeh
2/3 cup vegan mayo
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cranberries
In a large bowl mash tempeh and add mayo, sea salt to taste, celery, onion, and cranberries. Mix until blended. Stuff into pita pocket or your favorite bread with lettuce.
