A great side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
16 oz of edamame
3 cups corn
1 medium red or green pepper chopped
1 small sweet onion chopped
1/4 fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Boil the edamame until tender. Using a bowl mix all ingredients and add dressing.
Dressing:
If you are in a rush, use Italian dressing. If not try this special mix
Mix together:
1/4 olive oil
1/4 vinegar
1 Tbl oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
