I got this recipe from the hospital I work at during Nutrition Month.  This is a great dip for kids to enjoy. 

Ingredients:

6 oz soy yogurt, plain

2 Tbl peanut butter

2 Tbl maple syrup

1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions:  Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and creamy dip. Serve with fresh fruit.
