Mom made this for us for years and we always loved it on a cold winter day. It is great with homemade bread.
1 large can of tomato juice
1 medium can of mushrooms, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can of cut green beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup soy crumbles, browned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 15 oz can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed (Optional)
2-3 vegetable bouillon cubes
Directions: Put everything in a crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours on low or put in saucepan on the stove and cook for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are cooked through.
