This could be bites or muffins depending on your size tin you want to use.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 Tbl cane sugar or raw sugar
1 Tbl maple syrup
1 cup chopped apples any variety
2 egg replacers
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin. In a large mixing bowl add quinoa and oats. In a separate bowl add the spices and sugar and blend. Add the 2 mixtures together. Add maple syrup, apples, and egg replacer mix until just combined. Fill muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
