I found these burgers to hold together.
Ingredients:
1 Tbl oil
1 diced onion
1 minced garlic
1 Tbl cumin
1 1/2 Tbl chili powder
19 oz. can black beans drained, rinsed, and roughly pureed
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup parley or cilantro
2 Tbl sesame oil
1/2 cup almonds toasted and chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds roasted and chopped
3 cups fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 egg replacers
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups oats
Directions: Saute onions and garlic in oil. Let cool then mix in all other ingredients. Make into patties on a prepared baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes both sides.
