This is a Rock Your World Hummus from Eat, Spin, Run, Repeat website.
1 can of cooked chickpeas, rinsed
2 Tbl harissa (an African paste made of spices, in the ethnic section at your grocer)
3 Tbl raw hemp seeds, plus more to garnish
2 large cloves of garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Whole coriander seeds and paprika (optional as garnish)
Directions: Pace all the ingredients except the garnishes in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add garnishes. Serve with crackers, veggies or pita wedges.
