1 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Optional 1 tsp chicken seasoning
Directions: Pulse all in blender just long enough to grind the sesame seeds.
Version 2 Parmesan Cheese Substitute:
Directions: Mix equal parts of almond meal or walnut meal and nutritional yeast in a jar. Shake well, add a small amount of onion powder and salt and shake again and its ready. You can make your own almond meal buy pulsing raw almonds in a food processor until finely ground. Store in the freezer. You can also find it at Trader Joe’s already prepared.
