From friends of Norridgewock Church
Ingredients:
1/3 cup blanched almonds or cashews
1 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
1 16 oz can canned pears, and juice of pears
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except pears until creamy. Add enough canned pears (depending on how thick you want it) and juice to make a quart of milk. Flavor with a little vanilla and honey if desired. Yields: 4 cups milk
