From the friends of Norridgewock Church
Ingredients:
1 cup rice, brown, cooked
4 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbl honey, optional
Directions:
Blend rice and 1 cup water until creamy. Add enough water to make a quart of milk or to make milk the desired consistency. Season to taste. Experiment to find a texture, color and flavor your family enjoys. Yields: 5 cups milk.
