This is so easy and the first time I made it my hubby gave it a thumbs up.
3 leeks sliced thin on the the white and light green parts only
3 Tbl olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups of romaine lettuce.
1/3 to 1/2 cup onion vinaigrette
Directions: Slice the leeks and cook in a fry pan with the olive oil, salt and pepper for about 10 to 15 minutes until they become soft and slightly crispy. Chop the romaine lettuce and mix with the dressing in a bowl . When the leeks are done top the romaine lettuce while they are still warm and serve immediately.
