A healthy side dish that is quick and easy.
1 1/2 heads of bok choy, chopped
1 cup water
1 Tbl orange zest
1/2 cup agava nectar
1/2 tsp ginger
Juice of one orange
pepper to taste
Directions: Put the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and heat up. Cook the chopped bok choy in water for 3-5 minutes. Immediately put bok choy in a bowl of ice water to stop it from cooking. Discard the water and put the bok choy back into the pan. Top with the warm glaze. Serve
