This is a healthier version of blueberry muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions: In a large bowl combine the first six ingredients. Combine the egg substitute, applesauce an oil. Stir into the dry ingredients untl moistened. Fold in blueberries. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray or use paper liners and fill half full of batter. Bake at 400 degrees at 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
