This makes a nice summer salad.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup non-dairy mayonnaise
2 Tbl cider vinegar
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbl non-dairy milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 sunflower seeds
Directions: Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and milk and mix well. Add the dressing to the chopped broccoli. Add the raisins, walnuts, onions and sunflower seeds to the the broccoli mixture. Stir to coat all the pieces. Cover and regrigerate until ready to serve.
