Glaze: 1/8 cup apple juice
1/8 cup water
pinch sea salt or 1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbl brown rice syrup
Cut 10 washed Brussels sprouts into halve or quarters. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4 c water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Mix the glaze ingredients in a measuring cup or small bowl and whish together. Remove the skillet cover, add the glaze, and cook for 3 more minutes.
