2 lbs Brussels sprout, trimmed and halved
1/4 cup non dairy milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
In a large skillet over medium heat add Brussels sprouts and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in non dairy milk; reduce, by half, about f3 minutes. Stir in maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender and sauce has thickened.
