This is a great spread for sandwiches or to use as a vegetable dip. We found this recipe on the McDougall newsletter.
1 head of cauliflower
1 Tbl prepared mustard
1/2 tsp lime juice
dash sea salt
Directions: Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Place in a food processor , add the remaining ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
