This is a great snack with apples or graham crackers.
Ingredients:
2 cups raw hazelnuts
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup + 2 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl honey
3/8 tsp salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast the hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove the skins of the hazelnuts. In the food processor, process the nuts until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth, about 6 minutes . Refrigate up to two weeks.
