Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup almonds,chopped
2 Tbl chia seeds
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup peanut butter plus 2 Tbl
1/4 cup date puree
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 Tbl mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground peanuts
Directions: Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Put the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the date puree and vanilla. Add this to the bowl of oats and mix well. Make sure the mixture is cool and add the chocolate chips and peanuts. Roll into balls.
