This is our version of “set it and forget it”.
1 veggie burger of choice
1 medium potato, peeled and sliced 1/4 thick
1 small onion, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 small carrot, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Spices of choice
1 tsp water
Directions: On a piece of parchment paper place the burger down first. Top with the sliced potatoes, then the onion, and with the carrot. Add the water over the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with your seasoning of choice. Wrap the parchment up around the bundle. Oven should be set at 350 degrees. Place the bundle on a baking sheet. Cook it in the oven for 1 hour. This is for one serving but you can make as many packets as you like.
