This is an easy set it and forget it recipe.
1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
2 cups water or 100% apple juice
3/4 cup additional water
1/3 cup raisins, currants or cranberries
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup (optional if using juice)
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
Directions: Mix everything in the rice Cooker. Cook using the white rice option on the rice cooker.
