This is a great as a smoothie bowl by putting in a bowl and adding more fresh fruit and nuts. This recipe comes from the CHIP program cookbook.
1 1/2 cups rice milk or other non-dairy milk
1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 1/2 Tbl chia seeds
Directions: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
