This recipe was in the “Eating You Alive” film and is from Miyoke Schinner. It is super easy and your kids will love it!

1 c cashews
3/4 c nutritional yeast
1/4 c tapioca flour
1 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs Date Sugar
2 tsp powdered mustard
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp onion powder

Directions: Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process 3-4 minutes or until a powder is formed. There should not be any chunks or large granules of cashews. Store this in a jar. This can be stored in your pantry or in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

To use: Cook 1 cup of dry macaroni according to the package and drain. Combine 1/3 cup of the mix with 1 cup of water or non-dairy milk in a saucepan over medium to low heat. Whisk well and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute and then toss with hot macaroni.
