Mom’s Pancakes

These are mom’s pancakes I have made for years.  Ingredients:  1 cup whole wheat flour or flour of choice 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbl sugar 1 egg replacement 3/4 cup non-dairy milk 3 Tbl oil Directions:  Mix everything well in a large bowl.  Cook on a griddle.  Top with berries.
