Oatmeal with fruit and almonds
Great breakfast that will keep you satisfied the whole morning. Ingredients: 3/4 cup cooked oatmeal 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds Choice of fruit: 1/2 of a red pear, apple, strawberries, blueberries etc. Sprinkle of cinnamon Directions: Put oatmeal into a bowl. Add your desired fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon and almonds
