Oatmeal with fruit and almonds

Great breakfast that will keep you satisfied the whole morning. Fruit Kabobs

These are beautiful at a party.  Very popular with any age. Ingredients: Banana, apples, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes any fruits you would like Directions: Chunk fruit and put on kabob skewers. If using bananas or apples, dip in lemon juice to keep them from browning up quick.
