Tofu “Egg Salad”
From friends of Norridgewock Church Ingredients: 1 lb firm tofu 2 Tbl chicken seasoning (find this recipe in sauces/gravies/seasonings) Directions: Crumbled into a pan and cover with one inch water Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes Drain and chill, add chopped onions, green pepper, olives, etc. Mix with mayonnaise.
