This is a nice cold salad to have in the summer time.
2 cups of cooked wild rice or brown rice
16 oz cooked black beans
1 cup of cooked corn fresh or frozen
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1-2 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of basil
pinch of black pepper
1 Tbl of oil
2 Tbl of rice vinegar
In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
