3 Tbl Peanut Butter

1 Tbl soy sauce

1 Tbl vinegar

1 Tbl water

1/8 tsp garlic, minced

1/8 tsp ginger, minced

1 Tbl maple syrup, optional

Directions:  Mix everything in a blender until smooth and creamy.  Heat up on the stove to warm and pour over brown rice and steamed vegetables or whole wheat pasta and steamed vegetables.
