Pesto is good on pizza, on sandwiches in place of mayonnaise, and in pasta/veggie dishes
Ingredients and Directions:
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of basil
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 olive oil
1/2 lemon juiced
2 garlic cloves
salt
1/4 nutritional yeast
Directions: Blend all together and refrigerate.
