This is good served with sliced apples, graham crackers or pretzels.
1 Large can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup peanut butter
1-2 Tbl coffee
2/3 cup brown sugar
5-7 Tbl cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions: Put everything in a high speed blender until smooth. Put in a bowl . You can add mini chocolate non-dairy chips on top.
