Great source of protein, snack anytime
Ingredients/Directions:
Package of frozen shelled or fresh edamame
In a bowl, coat with olive oil (1 Tbl)
Season with salt, pepper and garlic
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes until tender
*Other spices might be chili powered and/or onion powder. OR spice it up with your own!!
