From friends of Norridgewock Church – This is great for lasagna
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb firm tofu, mashed well
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp dried basil leaves
2 tsp sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup works great)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic chips
Directions: Mash all ingredients together until the mixture has a fine, grainy texture. Store in refrigerator
