From friends of Norridgewock Church: Ingredients: 3/4 cup almonds, whole raw 12 dates, chopped pitted or 2 Tbl honey 1/8 tsp salt 2 cup water, hot 4 cup water cold Directions: Blend first 5 ingredients.  Add remaining wear, stir and chill. Yields: 6 cups mill
